Despite a nay-saying weather report, we’re going floating AND camping tomorrow. Naturally, I’m excited.

Our next self-imposed milestone here at work ends on August 5th. There is a crapload of other stuff going on I can’t talk about, and I have finally found a Civ game I can play and not lose within five turns. Oh! Oh! And Mike and I still like each other. July 31st will mark our seventh month officially “together”, for those keeping track at home.

We saw Wanted last night. It was…um…flashy. And there were a lot of f-bombs. At times, I felt, too many, and I speak as someone who does not normally shy from these things. I object to uncreative f-bombing, which was what this felt like. Some good moments, but all in all I think Dark Knight and Iron Man still win at everything.

I’m making blueberry mojitos tomorrow. Here’s hoping they don’t suck!
